Video:  Mag 4 Deburring Machine

The McNeil OLS MAG Series is family of through-feed, in-line deburring machines that deliver high-volume production for flat parts that need deburring on both sides.

Using a series of magnetic conveyors, the parts are presented to the brush sets, with one set above and the other below. Optional de-magnetizer removes residual magnetism induced by the conveyors, while an integrated coolant system keeps everything cool, greatly increasing the brush life.
