The McNeil OLS Model 2300-DRB is dedicated to deburring multiple areas of titanium turbine compressor gears. These parts are made in two principal configurations: One configuration has only a primary gear row while the other has both a primary and a secondary gear row.

To deburr these two configurations, the Model 2300-DRB comes standard with two nylon disc brush stations, arranged in an over/under setup. These brushes deburr the gear profile at the OD of the part. An optional third brush station, fitted with a radial nylon brush, is added to deburr parts configured with a secondary gear row.

Integrated coolant delivery and collection keeps brushes cool for extremely long life. Our exclusive Auto Amp Compensation system maintains constant brush pressure throughout the life of the brush for consistent deburring quality and maximum media usage.
