The McNeil OLS Model 1100 Deburring Machine is a universal base that is capable of a wide variety of configurations. In this case, it has been fitted with a grinding wheel and a nylon brush to deburr aircraft pinion gears. The Model 1100 is a single cycle, manually loaded machine that accepts parts up to six inches in diameter. It can be equipped with integrated dust collection or coolant delivery/collection systems per application requirements.

The compact design and 110V power supply of the Model 1100 enable it to be installed in a variety of locations. Its flexible tooling options include an array of pneumatic and electric tools. The programmable user interface simplifies part changeovers.
