The OLS Model 3000 uses a single large diameter nylon radial brush to deburr and chamfer small bevel gears,
with cycle times of about six seconds per gear. Maximum productivity is achieved through a dual-spindle indexing arm.
As the part on the first spindle is being deburred, the finished part on the second spindle can be unloaded and a new part
loaded for the next deburring cycle.
Integrated coolant delivery and collection keeps brush cool for extremely long life.
Our exclusive Auto Amp Compensation system maintains constant brush pressure throughout the life of the brush for
consistent quality and maximum media usage. Built as an operator loaded machine, the Model 3000 deburring machine is readily
adaptable for robotic loading and unloading.
