Made for a producer of top-quality brass hardware components, the McNeil OLS Model 2023 Buffing Machine prepares a variety of brass trim components before they receive a final factory finish.

The machine is fed by vibratory hoppers, which dispense the components on to collets. The components pass under two fiber brushes, which remove any surface oxidation as well as shallow imperfections in the brass. Parts process through at a rate of five per minute.

Setup software makes it fast and easy to change over from processing one component to the next.
