As a leading developer and manufacturer of precision guide components, McNeil Guide Systems has established itself as a major supplier to the metal packaging industry, an industry that our team has served for over 20 years. Our engineering and product development professionals perfected one-piece flanged-style guide pins and bushings and continue to make improvements to these components today.

Design and Engineering. Because of our experience, we can design, redesign, retrofit, reverse-engineer and manufacture guide systems to meet a wide range of production capabilities and needs. Our engineering capabilities include 2-D and 3-D CAD, with SolidWorks and other advanced software packages.

For example, we can design pin and bushing replacement components in styles that include:

  • One-piece

  • Two-piece assembled

  • Straight, press-fit style

  • Other styles, as dictated by your engineering and production requirements

Manufacturing. Our continued investment in skilled personnel, advanced production machinery, and flexible production techniques enables us to offer some of the fastest production lead-times in our industry. 

Refurbishing.  To extend the life of high-quality, but worn pins and bushings, McNeil Guide Systems offers component refurbishing services that can restore these components to original factory specifications.

Product and Technical Service. Thanks to our knowledge and experience, we can offer prompt and effective product and technical service to help you plan die and system rebuilds, perform key maintenance or lubrication processes, and keep systems running smoothly.

Value-Added Service. McNeil Guide Systems offers additional services that add greater value to our working relationship with you. For example, we can work with you on a long-term product, pricing, and service agreement; stock pins, bushings or essential spare parts;  manage a blanket order to meet your annual component purchase needs; help with product assembly; create repair kits; or complete just-in-time deliveries.  Our goal is to provide a level of quality and service that far exceeds your expectations.

 

 All McNeil Guide Systems Components are produced at our 32,000 sq ft factory in Painesville, Ohio.
