The OLS MAG Series is family of through-feed, in-line deburring machines that deliver high-volume production for flat parts that need deburring on both sides.

MAG Series 4 internals, showing brushes on top and bottom.	Using a series of magnetic conveyors, the parts are presented to the brush sets, with one set above and the other below. Optional de-magnetizer removes residual magnetism induced by the conveyors, while an integrated coolant system keeps everything cool, greatly increasing the brush life. Our exclusive Auto Amp Compensation system maintains constant brush pressure throughout the life of the brushes, resulting in consistent part quality and maximum media usage. MAG Series machines integrate easily with auto-loading conveyance systems. They are available in 2-, 4- or 6-head platforms, as well as in a MAG T version that places all brushes above the conveyors for parts requiring one-sided deburring. Auto-set software makes changing over to other parts a snap. MAG Series machines can accommodate parts from 1/8 to 4 inches thick and up to 6 inches in diameter. Click here for case history.
