OLS Deburring Systems has developed a range of solutions for green powder metal and sintered metal deburring needs. We understand that green powdered metal parts can be fragile and therefore provide handling and deburring options, such as the Model 4000, that help you protect valuable parts throughout the production and deburring process, so you realize maximum yields.

Sturdier greenware is well suited for deburring and can often be processed in one of our MAG Series deburring machines.  This series, which features magnetic conveyance, is very adaptable and available in sizes to accommodate large or small output needs.
