OLS Model 2800-RW Deburring Machine
 The OLS Model 2800-RW is designed to deburr one face of radial ratchet clutch components. Two nylon radial brushes, set perpendicular to each other, deburr the part as it rotates on a spindle.

Integrated coolant delivery and collection keeps brushes cool for extremely long life. Our exclusive Auto Amp Compensation system maintains constant brush pressure throughout the life of the brush for consistent quality and maximum media usage.

The Model 2800 is a through-feed, auto loading machine which integrates easily into existing manufacturing systems.
