The OLS Model 3800 is a very flexible and adaptable deburring machine base. It can be configured with an endless variety of tools to fit specific applications. An integrated coolant system keeps tools and parts cool.

A large sprocket is first deburred with a flap wheel sanding disc to remove the heavy exit burr. This is followed by an abrasive nylon brush that removes the residual burr left by the flap wheel.  If a dimensional chamfer is required, the Model 3800 can accommodate a variety of grinding tools.
The McNeil OLS Model 3800 Deburring System is used to process large sprockets.
