Two-Row Sprocket Deburring Applications
The McNeil OLS Model 3200 uses carbide rotary files to debur drive sprockets on both faces at two stations.

Sprocket after deburring

One of a range of a wide range of machines available for sprocket deburring, the McNeil OLS Model 3200 uses four carbide rotary files to deburr final drive sprockets on both faces of both rows at two stations. Station one uses two files to process the upper surface of both rows. The part is then shuttled to station two, where two files process the lower surface of the rows.

Dedicated infeed and outfeed conveyors and auto-loading and unloading allow for non-stop productivity. Integrated coolant delivery, collection and filtration cools tools for long life and controls dust and debris. The Model 3200 can accommodate numerous sprocket styles.

The Model 3040 features a Fanuc robot.
